Welcome to KY-TRIPS. By accessing our website and utilizing our luxury travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern our relationship with you in relation to our consultancy and booking services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or using our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of others, you represent that you have their authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from KY-TRIPS.
• Payments must be made according to the schedule provided in your custom itinerary.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payments are not received by the specified deadlines.
• Pricing is quoted based on current exchange rates and supplier costs; we reserve the right to adjust prices before final payment due to significant market fluctuations.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Our standard refund structure is as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Loss of non-refundable deposit.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (Non-refundable).

Please note that specific flight and luxury hotel policies may override these standard terms.

4. Travel Documentation & Passports

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they possess a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and the necessary visas for all countries visited. KY-TRIPS acts as an assistant for visa processing but is not responsible for any visa rejections by embassies.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. KY-TRIPS is not liable for any medical emergencies, lost baggage, or trip interruptions that occur during the journey.

6. Limitation of Liability

KY-TRIPS acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. Our total liability is limited to the commission earned on your booking.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
