Refund Policy

At KY-TRIPS, we are committed to providing premium luxury travel experiences. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refund requests.

1. Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation, clients must provide a written request via email to our support desk. The effective date of cancellation is the date the email is received and acknowledged by our team.

2. Standard Cancellation Fees

The following charges apply based on the total package value:

• 30 days or more before departure: Retention of the initial non-refundable deposit.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost.
• 07–14 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost.
• Less than 07 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost (No Refund).

3. Flight & Hotel Specifics

Airlines and luxury resorts often have independent non-refundable policies. KY-TRIPS acts as a facilitator and will pass on any actual refunds received from these suppliers, less our standard facilitation fee.

4. Unused Services

No partial refunds will be provided for unused services once a trip has commenced, including missed transfers, unconsumed meals, or voluntarily skipped excursions mentioned in the final itinerary.

5. Visa & Administrative Fees

Please note that government visa fees, processing charges, and administrative service fees are strictly non-refundable once the application process has started.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, global health emergencies, or political unrest, we will work with our partners to secure travel credit vouchers for future use if immediate cash refunds are not possible.

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 15–30 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the external supplier and banking institutions involved.
